EZ Car Finance Ltd is a vehicle finance broker, not a lender. Company number 635373. Our verified Financial Conduct Authority firm reference number must be confirmed in your customer documentation before you proceed.

We can introduce you to a limited panel of lenders and do not provide independent financial advice or assess products from the whole market. We may ask about your needs and circumstances to identify potentially appropriate options, but the lender makes the credit decision.

We do not charge customers a fee for arranging finance unless this is clearly disclosed and agreed in advance. Other costs connected to the vehicle or agreement will be set out in the relevant documents.

We may receive commission from a lender or another party for an introduction. This may be a fixed amount or calculated by reference to the agreement. Where required, we will disclose the existence and nature of commission and provide further information on request.

Contact support@ezcarfinance.co.uk if you wish to complain. Eligible unresolved complaints may be referred to the Financial Ombudsman Service. Whether Financial Services Compensation Scheme protection applies depends on the activity and circumstances.
