How to complain

Email support@ezcarfinance.co.uk or call 0333 2564 682. Tell us your name, contact details, vehicle or application reference, what happened and the outcome you are seeking.

What happens next

We will acknowledge your complaint promptly, investigate it fairly and keep you informed if we need more information. We aim to provide a clear final response within the timescale required for the type of complaint.

Our response

Our final response will explain our findings, any remedy offered and whether you may refer the matter to an independent body. If another firm is responsible, we may forward the complaint and tell you why.

Independent review

Eligible financial-services complaints may be referred to the Financial Ombudsman Service if you remain dissatisfied or do not receive a final response within the applicable deadline. The final response will explain any relevant referral rights and time limits.
