Distance selling information
Last updated: June 2026. This information applies where a vehicle, finance agreement or related service is arranged without meeting us face to face.
Before you agree
You should receive information about our identity and role, the vehicle or service, the total price, payment arrangements, delivery, cancellation rights and how to complain. Ask us if anything is unclear before proceeding.
Finance agreements
Regulated credit agreements may include a statutory right to withdraw, commonly within 14 days. Withdrawing from credit does not automatically cancel a vehicle purchase, and you must repay credit used plus applicable interest. Your agreement explains the precise rights and process.
Vehicle purchases
Consumer cancellation rights depend on how the purchase is concluded, the supplying partner and the circumstances. Reasonable deductions may apply for use or diminished value. Bespoke or otherwise exempt goods may be treated differently.
How to cancel or withdraw
Contact us and the supplying partner promptly using the details in your order or agreement. Keep a record of the date, method and content of your notice. Do not return a vehicle without agreed instructions.
Important
This page is general information and does not replace the specific terms, pre-contract information or agreement provided for your transaction. Those documents set out the rights that apply to you.
